Ralph is most grateful for being married for 44+ years to the Angel hovering over him in the picture below.  Her love and attention raised two great sons, and we remain so proud of both of them.
Original career centered in the Large Mainframe Computer industry highlighted by founding, building and eventually selling a highly respected Computer Consulting Firm in the Pacific Northwest.

Ralph’s hobbies are grandfathering, golfing, guitar playing, and continuously growing and sharing his Faith Journey with others.

Mary Alice Hegreness – 602-524-4594

Original career was as a School Teacher in elementary and Jr. High Schools, with a particular emphasis as a reading teacher for the most challenged students.  A natural born Interior Decorator, no one can compete with her ability to recommend appropriate upgrades, and to personally “stage” any home to maximize its potential market value.  An amazing talent for this!  We have actually lost (or postponed) a couple “listings” when after “staging” their home for sale, the owners instead “fell back in love” with their home and decided not to sell.  This actually may have been the best service Hegreness Realty could have provided those clients!  “Momo”, as her Grandkids lovingly call her, is also a tap dancer with a local ladies group that entertains for various charities, retirement homes, civic functions and more.  Most of all she simply loves helping our clients with their homes! (When not being Momo).

Debra Jordan has been a great asset to our Real Estate Brokerage, with emphasis on Sun City Real Estate communities.  As both a Certified Care Professional and a Real Estate professional, Debra took time away from Real Estate for several years, choosing to offer her caring services in the very needed Hospice Care Industry.  This large-hearted agent cares for each Real Estate client with the same warmth and care given to all clients and friends she touches.
